Hygiene and food safety is of critical importance to a business due to the potential for problems if it is not carried out correctly and safely.

There are many processes that contribute to contamination and all persons within the production cycle need to be aware of possible points of danger. In order to provide customers with safe food products, a food business must ensure that its processes are well-managed and safe.
