Known originally as the Building Workers Club it grew very quickly and often had a waiting list of people keen to join. There have been ongoing renovations and alterations to the premises to maintain and enhance member services over the years.

‘The core architecture of Allied Solutions Management Training drew my interest.
The pre planning and structure of implementing change initiatives and creating operational efficiencies across all areas of the club was impressive. Transformation from task to performance was made seamless as we negotiated through the Covid challenges in an ever-changing external environment. With specialist experience from Allied Solutions in strategic, organisation design, leadership behaviour and process reengineering was made easy and I knew our Managers and Team Leaders were in good handsas outcomes were clearly defined and achieved’. |

Gail Patrin – General Manager
‘Although I have years of experience as a Manager, I found the information and guidance provided during the 12-month training beneficial. The course gave practical suggestions that managers and team leaders could implement immediately. It gave me a better understanding and guide on how communication flows and its impact on different personality types when conveyed. This created a sense of shared accountability for the team to connect, as collaboration between us as leaders became the key to the managing our staff’.
Jo Simpson - Venue Manager
‘Through the group training and one on one sessions I was able to better understand my role as a manager, as it increased my self-awareness and ability to encourage and empower the staff to succeed.
